Carol-Ann Bond

Senior Vice President, Operations

Carol’s primary responsibilities include managing the human resources, facilities, information technology, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and purchasing functions of the firm. As Senior Vice President, she is also charged with the task of implementing effective, scalable systems and strategies that efficiently manage the overall operational needs of the firm.

Prior to joining Longfellow Benefits in 2000, Carol was an Agency Financial Consultant for MassMutual and New England Life, and the Service and Operations Manager for the Northeast Regional Office of Manulife. She graduated from St. John’s University and is a member of New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Carol is pursuing her Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation, has attained the Associate, Customer Service (ASC) Designation from the Life Office Management Association, and holds her Massachusetts LA&H Producers License and FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations with LPL Financial.

In the local community, she is currently serving as a co-chair of the Pie in the Sky Event committee of Community Servings.
