Phase IV – Maintenance & Administration

The servicing phase begins during implementation and continues for the duration of the policy or program. 

It starts with ensuring that the administrative and transactional elements of implementation are properly and efficiently executed. This includes the completion, collection and processing of carrier forms to establish the plans. We then monitor and assist with any issues regarding billing, new enrollments, terminations, or reconciliations associated with amendments to the existing program. 

We work with the carriers to ensure smooth administration and facilitate any day-to-day maintenance or service issues. We continually monitor the program in conjunction with applicable legislation and to ensure it continues to meet the defined objectives. We conduct regular policy reviews and meet with insureds or newly eligible employees to educate and assist with enrollment.
